Minutes From 6th Meeting
Venue:It2.2Time:4-5 p.m.


Members Present:All members were present except for Chris:

The following items were discussed:


1.We are still in the process of making the final touches to the timeline for the game,we still have another 2 hours to plan out.

2.Jamie is still in the process of typing out the timeline for the game.

3.We briefly discussed the layout of the cards for the various characters,and who will print out what cards.We decided that each team member will print out approximately 7 cards each.

4.We also decided that Owen will design the box for our game.

5.We also decided that Brian will design the layout of the space station.

6.We also designed for definite the rules for the game.

P.S. We only have approximately 2 weeks left,which doesn't give us much time.So we will have to work extremely hard to meet the deadline for the game.In order to achieve this each member will now have to do a certain job which are as follows.

Myself(I will do the blogs for each meeting held)
Owen(In charge of the layout of the box for the game)
Jamie(Implementing storyline and printing out some of the character's cards.
Chris(also responsible for printing out some of the character's cards)

Mike(I don't know wither you are in or not to be part of this team)

Warning: If anybody doesn't do the jobs that they have been assigned for,there will be severe procedures took.

Next meeting will be tomorrow down in one of the IT.Labs(which ever one is free)Most likely will be IT.2 as this one was free last Thursday.The designated time will be 12.15-1.00

P.S. Tomorrow we will hopefully finish the storyline of the game and also finish the timeline of the game.
